Welcome to Indian Hills Golf Course!
Indian Hills Golf Course is an 18-hole public facility open year-round that offers a resort style atmosphere in Murfreesboro. The beautiful Stones River meanders through the golf course providing a uniquely scenic setting for championship golf. The par 72 layout is 6,800 yards with ample tee boxes to challenge golfers of all abilities. The course is located on Calumet Trace, off S. Church Street just miles from Interstate 24.
The facility features a 10,000 square foot clubhouse and a 1,000 square foot golf shop with the latest in golf equipment and apparel. We also offer a first class, award winning, golf academy.
Indian Hills also offers an indoor learning center complete with a hitting area and audio /video equipment to capture and display a student’s swing.
In addition, we have an extensive practice facility featuring a putting green, chipping green, and a driving range with target greens.

Matt Walter, PGA Director of Instruction Matt Walter is currently ranked 8th in the state by Golf Digest on their Best Teachers List. He has been awarded 2 Tennessee PGA Section Awards for Youth Player Development and has served as the Tennessee PGA Sections Junior Golf Chair since 2018 and has served that committee since 2013. Matt has worked with multiple Mini Tour Players, Collegiate Golfers, a State Junior Amateur Champion and has helped many amateur golfers play pain free and lower their handicap.
