The par 72 layout is 6,800 yards with ample 419 hybrid-bermuda tee boxes to challenge golfers of all abilities. From the tees, golfers are presented with generous 419 hybrid-bermuda fairways at which to hit. The large, elevated and undulating Penn-Links Bentgrass greens present golfers with abundant putting challenges. Strategically positioned bunkers place an emphasis on skilled shot selection. Out-of-bounds and the scenic Stones River border many holes, highlighting well struck tee balls.
